It is not necessary to know whether Ethicon Physiomesh was used during your hernia repair.

If you had a hernia repair surgery between 2010 and June 2016, your surgeon may have used Physiomesh to repair your hernia.

Atrium C-Qur Mesh Products used since 2006 including:

• Atrium C-Qur Mesh;
• Atrium C-Qur Mosaic;
• Atrium C-Qur TacShield;
• Atrium C-Qur V-Patch;
• Atrium C-Qur Centrifx;
• Atrium C-Qur FX Mesh (formerly C-Qur Lite);

It is not necessary to know whether Atrium C-Qur mesh was used during your hernia repair. If you had a hernia repair surgery since 2006, your surgeon may have used C-Qur to repair your hernia.

Bard Hernia Mesh Products including::

• Bard 3 DMax;
• Bard Ventralex ST;
• Bard Sepramesh;
• Bard Composix E/X;
• Bard Kugel;

It is not necessary to know whether Bard mesh was used during your hernia repair. If you had a hernia repair surgery, your surgeon may have used a Bard mesh to repair your hernia.
